In relation to the published Tropical Cyclone Bulletin Nr. 03 issued by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAG-ASA) at 05:00 AM of November 08, 2025, this Station is 𝐓𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐥𝐲 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐕𝐨𝐲𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬 of all vessels/watercrafts plying the route within the area of responsibility of Coast Guard Station Batangas due to hoisting of Tropical Cyclone Wind Signal (TCWS) No. 1 which include the province of Batangas in accordance to the HPCG Memorandum Circular 02-23 entitled “Revised Guidelines on Movement of Vessels during Heavy Weather” dated 23 March 2023.

Furthermore, all vessels are reminded to take precautionary measures and be extra vigilant in monitoring the movement of typhoon if deemed to be affected by said weather disturbance. Voyage of vessels will resume until further notice and upon improvement of weather and sea conditions and vessels who intend to take shelter shall be permitted as long as manifested through a written request and no passenger or cargo shall be allowed onboard.
